The following items may please be discussed in the monthly meeting to be held on January 2014

1. Delay in sanctioning medical reimbursement bills.

Bills are long pending. Action may be taken to clear it immediately.

2. Dequarterisation of Ayalur PO.

Quarter’s portion of the building is highly dilapidated and inconvenient to use. Action may take to de-quartarise.

3. Negative attitude in APAR reporting.

The methodology adopted to evaluate the output of employees is unscientific and created frustration and demoralization in the mind of employees. Request to take a fair and transparent attitude in the changed scenario.
